1. I will evaluate your need in terms of the type, amount and urgency of the loan you wish to obtain.
2. I will determine if the loan is feasible based upon the Borrower Information Form and Pre-Application Form you submit (if in my opinion and based on your preliminary application) I will then submit your information to one of my many local or nationwide lenders to get you that loan at a rate that is fair and reasonable and as well as it being acceptable to you, the borrower.
3. After a preliminary review, the lender will then request a formal Application(if needed) be made. By acting on your behalf, I will then submit this documentation to the lender who would most likely (again, in their best opinion and based upon the Lender’s guidelines) make the loan to you. They are able to place loans Nationwide, so regardless of where you reside, or what/where your project is, they will most likely be able to assist you.
4. Be assured your "loan package" will be prepared in the most professional and convenient fashion, to best assist the lender in making a prompt and favorable decision of your loan request.
5. You will be notified promptly as to the Lender's decision. I promise to be 100% honest with you and not "leave you out in the cold".
6.Most importantly, the following "Code of Ethics" will be as strictly honored:
